dodgy merch

hey guys,

sorry to be an annoyance, but i ordered an 11 dreams shirt and everblack cd about 3 weeks ago, and they arrived in the mail today (12th July). Being as excited as i was, i opened it up to see a great t-shirt and a not so great cd. It has alot scratches all over the case, the ring holder in the middle of the case is totally broken, and most noticable, the cd itself is scratched pretty badly all over. I was just wondering if there's anything that can be done about this, because it is one of my most loved cds and i surely don't want to own a copy of it in this condition. i know its most likely not your fault at all, but yeah its really disappointing to receive this in the mail after 3 long weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience

Sorry for the inconvenience, and believe me, this was not supposed happen! We sometimes have a lot of stuff to send and once in a while a slip-up like this can happen. This is no excuse of course, we have full responsibility and will of course gladly send you a new cd if you return the old one.
